How do clear aligners work?

Aligners need to be worn for at least 20 hours each day. They can be removed to eat and to brush you teeth. Also you can take them out for special occasions. The aligner is effective for about 2 weeks, then a new aligner is started. The length of your treatment depends on the severity of your case, and treatment can take anywhere between six months to two years.
